First Eastern Development Company (FEDC) is a commercial real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, management, leasing and disposition of high-quality, stable, well-tenanted assets.

Over the past decade, FEDC has built an exclusive portfolio of commercial and industrial properties. With a focus on finding long-term, low risk investment opportunities for its own account as well as 30+ individual high net worth investors, FEDC has shown significant growth in asset acquisitions and distributed cash flow over the past ten years. FEDC has acquired over $100 million of commercial real estate in southeastern Pennsylvania and northeastern Florida.

FEDC’s founder and principal, John Newton, has over 30 years of experience spanning all facets of commercial real estate from sales and leasing to finance, development and property management.  In 2007, Newton formed a strategic partnership with the principals of Eastern Quality Foods who had been investor/partners in previous real estate development projects.  Leveraging the investment capital from Eastern Quality Foods, FEDC has been able to attract a  multitude of like-minded investors seeking strong dividends and low cost asset management.
